Georges Debrégeas (Sorbonne University) and Rémi Monasson (ENS Paris) are organising a Workshop from 21 to 25 October 2024 at the Institut d'études scientifiques de Cargèse. The Workshop will focus on "Maturation and plasticity in biological and artificial networks".

The workshop will bring together experts in systems neuroscience, neural circuit development and computational neuroscience.

The aim is to enable these different fields to compare their vision of how the maturation of networks - biological and artificial - leads to the emergence of new or refined cognitive abilities.

This workshop will encourage future collaboration between experimenters and theorists in integrative neurology.
