Pharmacology - development of genetically modified murine models. Microscopy analysis. Primary cultures.
Our group aims to decipher the molecular and pharmacological mechanisms involved in the maintenance of adult neural stem cells (NSCs). We are developing animal models to study NSCs and their progeny, and screening small molecules to identify novel therapeutic strategies for brain repair and the treatment of brain tumors.
