The DIM C-BRAINS will end in December 2026 after five years of funding.

At the event celebrating the 20th anniversary of the DIMs, the President of the Île-de-France Region, Valérie Pécresse, announced a new wave of DIM labeling.

The upcoming call for projects will be a "blank" (open) call—meaning it will be non-thematic, highly demanding, and competitive.

🚨 What's new: A specific section of the call will be dedicated to "breakthrough" research, targeting high-risk and/or emerging ideas carried out by two or three researchers or research teams.

• Call opens: November 2026
• Call closes: May 2027
